Zaylie Fara Fultz Ms. Zaylie Fara Fultz, born on April 12, 2012 in Traverse City, MI passed away on June 6, 2012 at the Motts Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor. She is survived by her parents, Terry and Domnique (Brusch) Fultz of Atlanta; grandparents, Walt (Tanya) Brusch of Atlanta; Sherri (Luis) Pike of West Palm Beach, FL; great grandparent, Bonnie Brusch of Port Huron; great-great grandparent, Wanda Chapdelaine of Port Huron; uncles Tony Fultz of Atlanta; Wayne (Claudia) Schoffstall of White Lake; aunts, Raechal Brusch; Adria Brusch; Marie Reene all of Atlanta; and cousins, Antonio and Enrico Reene. There will be a memorial held in celebration of Zaylie's life at 7 PM on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Green Funeral Home, Atlanta, MI. Visitation will take place from 6:00PM until time of service.
