Wilma June Kennedy Mrs. Wilma June Kennedy, 73 of Atlanta, Michigan passed away on September 30, 2013 at Alpena Regional Medical Center. She was born in Riverdale, Michigan on December 5, 1939. She has lived in Atlanta for the past 20 years, formerly of Port Smith, Virginia. Wilma worked as a LPN for many years, first at nursing homes and then as a private nurse. She loved arts and crafts, especially painting. Wilma was an avid reader and could read a book a day. One of her greatest joys was her grandchildren. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her. She is survived by daughter, Sheline Teets of Atlanta; sons, William Clark of Florida; George (Gina) Clark III of Virginia; eight grandchildren; sister, Shirley (Dan) Cass of Jackson; and brother, Sandy Collenge of Alma. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services planned for Mrs. Kennedy at this time.
