William D. Curtis Mr. William D. Curtis, 76 of Lewiston, Michigan passed away at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City on February 27, 2013. He was born to the late Arland and Mildred (Carr) Curtis in Ann Arbor, Michigan on December 3, 1936. His served his country in the United States Army and was a proud veteran. He was born and raised in Hudson, Michigan and then moved on to Tennessee in 1966. He lived in Florida for eight years and was the owner and operator of Curtis Cultured Marble for years in Lakeland. In his free time, William enjoyed golfing, hunting, and fishing. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his daughter, Celia (Steve) Kotchounian of Oakland Twp.; two grandchildren, Teagan and Celeste; and sister, Marcia Lesman of Kalamazoo. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arland and Mildred Curtis and sister, Lorene Ely. Burial services for Mr. Curtis will take place on Wednesday March 6, at 1:00 PM, at the Great Lakes National Cemetery; Holly, Michigan.
