Vivian Miller

Mrs. Vivian Martin Longstreet Miller, 94 of Hillman, Michigan died peacefully at MediLodge of Hillman on the early morning of November 27, 2019. She was born in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan on July 25, 1925 to the late, Martin and Myrtle (Hoover) Longstreet. Vivian worked as a missionary in Brazil from 1958-1964 and then moved to Hillman. She loved to travel with her late husband, Fred. She enjoyed sewing and reading, especially about the Civil War and National Geographic magazines. She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her stepsons, Frederick W. (Lynn) Miller of Chesterfield, Missouri; John A. (Maureen) Miller of Lansing; step-grandson, Frederick W. (Laurel Tinsley) Miller III of St. Louis, Missouri; step-granddaughter, Rachael Love of Bonney Lake, Washington; step-great-grandson, William Tinsley Miller; step-great-granddaughters, Lily Tinsley Miller; Alexandra Wiltfong; Briana Martinez; Serenity (Brendan) Isom of Wilkeson, Washington; and step-great-great-grandson, Stephan Isom; nephew, Martin (Sue) Niswonger of Central Lake; niece, Ruth Szpiech of Flint; niece, Lois Rasure of Wisconsin; and nephew, Joseph Niswonger of Ponce de Leon, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Myrtle Longstreet; husband, Frederick W. Miller; sister, Virginia Niswonger; and nephew, Paul Niswonger; stepdaughter, D'vora Hodge.

A graveside service will take place for Mrs. Miller at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 2, 2019 at Hillman Rust Township Cemetery, Hillman.
