Verna Prince

Verna June Prince Mrs. Verna June Prince, 89 of Atlanta, Michigan passed away on October 16, 2013 at Hillman Haven. She was born in Erin Township, Michigan to the late, Vernon and Ona (Ouderkirk) Todd on June 1, 1924. She married the late, Charles Prince in Napolean, Ohio on January 30, 1942 and they shared many wonderful years together before his passing. Verna resided in Atlanta for almost 40 years, formerly of Milford. She used to love to camp all over Michigan and took a few trips across the states as well. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crafting; including crocheting and plastic canvas. Verna will be missed dearly by all who knew her and loved her. She is survived by son, Russell (Dot) Prince of Tennessee; daughters, Bonnie (Dennis) Spring of Durand; Jackie (Robert) Thibeault of Presque Isle; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Ona; husband, Charles; and daughter, Audrey Prince. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services planned for Mrs. Prince at this time.
She is survived by son, Russell (Dot) Prince of Tennessee; daughters, Bonnie (Dennis) Spring of Durand; Jackie (Robert) Thibeault of Presque Isle; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Ona; husband, Charles; and daughter, Audrey Prince.
As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services planned for Mrs. Prince at this time.
