Mr. Timothy Scott Killion, 47 of Atlanta, Michigan died unexpectedly on July 2, 2020. He was born in Monroe, Michigan on March 20, 1973 to James and Brenda (Goins) Killion. Formerly of Hillman, he has resided in Atlanta for the last six years. He married his wife, Heather (Walker) Killion on September 14, 2016. Tim loved to cook and fulfilled his dream of owning and operating his own restaurant when he purchased Killion's Elk Crossing Family Dining four years ago. He enjoyed fishing and riding his bike when he was younger. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him and loved him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Heather Killion of Atlanta; sons, Alex Killion of Monroe; Dylan Walker of Romulus; Brandon Killion; Christopher Killion both of Hillman; father, Rev. James (Mary Jo) Killion of Hillman; brother, Duane Killion of Florence, Alabama; sister, Leslie (Mike) Armon of Hillman; nieces and nephews, Ashley, Morgan, Mathew, Hannah; and great-niece, Addison. He was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Killion; and daughter, Micheala.
There will be a memorial held in celebration of Tim's life at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at the Community Baptist Church in Hillman. A luncheon will follow services at the VFW Hall in Atlanta at 1:00 PM.
