Thomas Albert Jones Mr. Thomas Albert Jones, 76 of Atlanta, Michigan died peacefully in his sleep on the morning of May 3, 2018 at his home. He was born in Mt. Clemens, Michigan on May 16, 1941 to the late, Thomas and Eva (Boston) Jones. He married his wife, Pamela (Chartrand) on November 22, 1960 in Mt. Clemens and together the couple celebrated 57 years of marriage before his passing. The couple have resided in Atlanta on Canada Creek Ranch since 1981, formerly of Mt. Clemens. Thomas owned and operated Tom's Boat Repair at Jefferson Beach Marina in St. Clair Shores for 25 years. He also owned and operated the El-Bo Inn for 22 years. Thomas was a member of Canada Creek Ranch since the early 1960's and was past president of the association. He was a charter member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Tom was a skilled woodworker. He enjoyed making furniture for his children and grandchildren. He also repaired canvas and desgined his own patterns to make duffell bags and covers for boats and Jeeps. Nobody can deny that he was a master Euchre player. He hosted Euchre nights with the guys in his beloved "shop". Above all else, Tom loved to be with his family and was happiest when he was at home. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by his loving wife, Pam Jones of Atlanta; daughters, Tammy (Ron) Jackson of East Jordan; Tawny (Jim) Hisscock of Atlanta; Jenny (Ron) Gough of Atlanta; grandchildren, Justin, Christine (Beau), Billy, Courtney, Sally, Melissa, Ashley, Allison, and Abby; great-grandchildren, Chace, Jake, Maisie, and Finn; brother, Bob (Patty) Jones of New Baltimore; and sister, Shirley (Doug) Parent of Harrison Township. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Eva Jones; and his beloved son, Thomas (Donna). As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial held in celebration of his life at the Canada Creek Ranch House on May 20, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
