Thelma Doris Meloling Thelma Doris Meloling, 72, of Gaylord, MI, passed away at Tendercare Nursing Home in Gaylord on April 26, 2009. She was born on November 7, 1936 to Robert and Helen (Teawell) Harcourt in Vincents, IN. She worked in house keeping for Beyers Hospital and helped as a Hospitality Sergeant for the Salvation Army in Yspsilantis. She loved the outdoors, especially taking walks and camping. Thelma enjoyed canning fruits and vegetables. Thelma is survived by her sons, Clyde and Robert of Gaylord, MI, and Joseph of Roscommon, MI; daughter, Patricia Babbit of Detroit, MI; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Jenny Croslin of WI; and brothers, Bill Harcourt of Sebawing, MI, Art Harcourt of FL, and Ray Harcourt of WI. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde; brothers, Melvin, Donald and Robert; and sisters, Patricia Martinez and Roberta Greeno. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial for Mrs. Meloling will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Green Funeral Home, Lewiston, Rev Thomas Ramsay officiating.
Thelma is survived by her sons, Clyde and Robert of Gaylord, MI, and Joseph of Roscommon, MI; daughter, Patricia Babbit of Detroit, MI; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Jenny Croslin of WI; and brothers, Bill Harcourt of Sebawing, MI, Art Harcourt of FL, and Ray Harcourt of WI.
