Thelma Hood

Thelma Maxine Hood Mrs. Thelma Maxine Hood, 92 of Atlanta, Michigan passed away at Otsego Memorial Hospital in Gaylord on April 16, 2013. She was born to the late William Albert and Edith Bell (Smith) Huffman in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania on July 13, 1920. She married husband, Ralph Hood on June 14, 1947. He preceded her in death in 1988. She was a member of the Atlanta Eagles 4077 and enjoyed to read and play BINGO. Above all, she enjoyed her time spent with family and friends. She is survived by daughters, Sharon (Paul) Baird of Atlanta; Cindy (Brian) Young of Southgate; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Edith Huffman; and husband, Ralph. Interment will take place at the Michigan Memorial Park, Flat Rock, Michigan; at a later date.
