Steven James Mager Steven James Mager, 58, of Atlanta, MI, passed away on January 22, 2012 at his residence. He was born on September 7, 1953 to Henry and Elsie (Simpson) Mager in Pontiac, MI. He married the former Susan Bankleek on June 10, 1977 in Waterford, MI. Steven has lived in Atlanta for the past 25 years, formerly of Milford, MI. He worked at the Waterford Schools, then at the Mitchell Sport Shop, before moving up north. Once here, Steve worked at the High Q factory, and then at R & S Gun Shop until they closed. He was an avid outdoorsman, loved to hunt, fish, or just tinker outside. Steven is survived by his wife, Susan; sons, Shane of Lewiston, MI, Steven Jr of Gaylord, MI, and Henry of Atlanta, MI; 7 grandchildren; mother, Elsie Mager of Waterford, MI, and sister, Debbie Mager of Waterford, MI. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial services for Mr Mager will be held on Sunday, February 5, 2012 at the Atlanta VFW Hall, Pastor Larry Kirby officiating.
