Steven Allen

Steven Carl Allen, 53 of Mancelona; formerly of Sault Ste. Marie, died unexpectedly on January 14, 2022 three months after he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Steven was an amazing man, full of life and loved music and guitars. He loved camping with friends and family and sledding with his daughters at the cascade hill in Jackson. He was a factory worker, a job he thoroughly enjoyed and was good at. He loved his friends and he loved to cook for them whether it was one of the big breakfast meals he often prepared or whether it was a meal on the grill. He loved to party and to socialize. He leaves behind countless memories and a family that will miss him dearly until they meet again.

Steven is survived by his daughters, Rachel Allen-Vieau; Megan Bauer; brothers, sister, Jessica Allen; best friends, Jose Khozouie and Dan Zakrzewski who he considered his brothers. He was preceded in death by his mother, Laura.

There will be a memorial service in held in celebration of Steven’s life at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at E-Free Church, Gaylord. Visitation will take place at 11:00 AM until time of service.
