Sharon Ann Buchler Sharon Ann Buchler, 62, of Hillman passed away on September 9, 2006 at her residence. She was born on July 22, 1944 to Cleon and Thelma (Wilkins) Jones in Rust Twp, MI. She married Don Buchler at St Johns Lutheran Church in 1960. Sharon was born and raised in Hillman, then spent 30 yrs in Columbiaville with her husband, retiring back to Hillman in 1993. Over the years, she helped to raise 13 foster children as well as two of her own. She was a member of St Johns Lutheran Church. She enjoyed making wood crafts and fishing. She loved her pets, she had dogs and cats, even raised rabbits at one point. Mrs Buchler is survived by her husband, Don, of Hillman, MI; son Cleon of Hillman, MI; brothers, Gary (Carla) Jones and Roger (Julie) Jones, both of Hillman, MI; sisters, Judy (Harold) Smith and Mary (Randy) Jones both of Hillman, and Linda (Tom) Goosens of Florida. She was preceded in death by a son, Steven. Funeral services for Mrs Buchler will be held on Tuesday at St Johns Lutheran Church, Hillman, MI at 11:00 AM, Pastor Jason Mandley officiating. Interment will take place in St Johns Lutheran Church Cemetery immediately following. Visitation hours will be held on Monday from 4-8 PM at the Church.
