Shannon L. Dively Shannon L Dively, 90, of Hillman, formerly of East Tawas, passed away on November 6, 2007 at his residence. He was born on November 26, 1916 to David and Layanna Dively in Claysburg, PA. He married the former Evelyn Thomas in 1940 in Flint, MI. He retired from AC Spark Plug in Flint, MI after 30+ yrs of service. He enjoyed woodworking, was an avid hunter and fisherman, and loved to put his garden in every year. He liked to dabble a little in real estate, buying and selling hunting property. Above all else, he loved his family. Shannon is survived by his wife, Evelyn of Hillman, MI; sons, Gary (Peggy) Dively of Saginaw, MI, and Ron (Florine) Dively of Hillman, MI; 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and a sister, Edna Mancour of Grand Blanc, MI. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services planned at this time for Mr Dively. In leu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Hospice of Michigan, Alpena.
