Scott Michael McDowell Scott Michael McDowell, 38, of Lewiston, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2008 at his residence. He was born on March 25, 1970 to Alex and Jacalyn (Bohey) McDowell in West Branch, MI. He has lived in Lewiston for the past 7 yrs, formerly of Luzerne. Scott was employed at HB Carbide where he worked as a machinist. He was an avid bird hunter. Scott is survived by his son, Jake McDowell of Lewiston, MI; father Alex McDowell of Mio, MI; mother, Jackie Colosky of Lake Station, MI; half brother, Richard McDowell of Colorado; and half sisters, Katherine McDowell of Colorado, Amy (Joe) Carrier of Naples, FL, Amanda Hildebrant of Lake Station, MI, and Janel (Ryan) Inman of Alpena, MI. Memorial services were held on Saturday, May 24, 2008 in Lewiston, MI, Pastor Robert Butler officiating. Interment took place at Kittle Cemetery in Mio.
