Scott Klein

Scott Lee Klein Scott Lee Klein, 55, of Atlanta, MI, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2010 at his residence. He was born on July 19, 1954 in Alpena, MI, to Merle and Lahoma (Ray) Klein. He grew up in Atlanta, and graduated from AHS in 1971. He moved out to Texas and worked for SCM as a printer for many years, returning back to Atlanta in 1993. He loved hot rods, and was a member of the Elk Country Cruisers car club. He was very active in the Atlanta Sports Boosters, especially in his help at the Bump and Run Races. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Above all else, Scott loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren. Scott is survived by his children, Kim (Ryan) Marlatt of Atlanta, MI, Jace (Carolee) Klein of Traverse City, MI, and Danielle (Dennis) Villeneuve of Hillman, MI; 6 grandchildren; sister, Janet (Neil) Berry of Vanderbilt, MI; and brother, Randy Klein of Gaylord. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial gathering for Mr Klein will be held on Saturday, April 3 from 2-6 PM, at the Green Funeral Home, Atlanta.
