Sarah Warren

Sarah Anne Warren Mrs. Sarah Anne Warren, 69 of Lewiston, Michigan passed away on October 4, 2014 at her home surrounded by loved ones. She was born on November 27, 1944 in Jackson, Michigan the daughter of Robert and Eleanor Gibson. Sarah was raised in Allen Park, Michigan where she met and married, Charles A. Warren III on April 3, 1964. Together they raised their two sons in Lincoln Park where Sarah was active in the Boy Scouts of America, earning herself the Silver Beaver Award. She was the owner of Sarah's Finishing where she did needlepoint finishing for clients throughout the United States. Her additional interests included sewing, crafting and needle arts. After moving to Lewiston in 2005, she and her husband participated in the Fun Country Cruisers and she became a member of the Lewiston Lady Lions and the Lewiston Ladies Club. Above everything, she enjoyed her time spent with family and friends and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband Charles "Chuck;" sons, James (Anne) Warren; Christopher (Christy) Warren; grandchildren, Joseph, Allison, and Charlie; brothers, Robert Gibson; Peter (Kathy) Gibson; sisters-in-law, Yvonne Childs; Mary Konarski; Tamara (Edward) Kalicki; and Wendi Sutherly; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mrs. Warren will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at the Green Funeral Home; Lewiston, Michigan, Pastor Roger Steele officiating. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 from 3:00PM until 8:00PM. The family has suggested memorials to Lewiston Lady Lions or the American Cancer Society.
