Sandra Leigh Duperon Mrs. Sandra Leigh Duperron, 71 of Posen, Michigan died peacefully on February 15, 2016 at her home surrounded by loved ones. She was born to the late, Clarence and Ethel (Friend) Brown on December 20, 1944 in Dearborn, Michigan. On June 19, 1965 in Taylor, Michigan she married her husband, Wayne Duperron. The couple moved to Posen four years ago, formerly from Charlotte, although Sandra spent most her time in the Taylor area. She was a member of the Faith Christian Center in Taylor and enjoyed fishing, camping, and being outdoors with family tobogganing with the kids when they were little. Above everything, family was Sandra's top priority and she will be dearly missed. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Wayne Duperron of Posen; sons, Wayne Jr (Beth) Duperron of Valley, Alabama; Matt (Alicia) Duperron of Olivet; daughters, Michelle (Todd) Elwartowski of Taylor; Dawne Duperron of Southgate; thirteen grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Ethel Brown; granddaughter, Toni Elwartowski-Mousseau; and brother, Clarence "Buster" Brown. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and there are currently no services planned for Mrs. Duperron at this time.
