Ruth Eleanor Fulton Ruth Eleanor Fulton, 69, of Atlanta, MI and Sun City, AZ, passed away on December 8, 2009. She was born on February 8, 1940 to Joseph and Ethel (Foreman) Skaggs in Plymouth, MI. She worked at South Lyon Schools as a secretary for many years before retiring in 1986. She enjoyed spending her summers on Canada Creek Ranch in Atlanta, and her winters in the snow free Sun City, AZ. She enjoyed crafting, especially card embroidery, knitting, and scrapbooking. She loved to spend time on the beach. She enjoyed rides out back at Canada Creek Ranch looking for Elk. Above all else came spending time with her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Eleanor is survived by her husband, Harold of Atlanta, MI and Sun City, AZ; son, Dan (Gaye) Fulton of Austin, TX; daughters, Dawn (Jack) Schaible of Atlanta, MI, and Pam (Kevin) Lear of South Lyon, MI; grandchildren, Scott, Jeff, Jim, Benjamin, and Justin; great grandchildren, Kaylee and Nicklas; and a sister, Joan Rogers of Sun City, AZ. She was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Skaggs. As were the family wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial service for Mrs Fulton on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at 4:00 PM at Plymouth Church of the Nazarene on Ann Arbor Road.
Eleanor is survived by her husband, Harold of Atlanta, MI and Sun City, AZ; son, Dan (Gaye) Fulton of Austin, TX; daughters, Dawn (Jack) Schaible of Atlanta, MI, and Pam (Kevin) Lear of South Lyon, MI; grandchildren, Scott, Jeff, Jim, Benjamin, and Justin; great grandchildren, Kaylee and Nicklas; and a sister, Joan Rogers of Sun City, AZ. She was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Skaggs.
