Rose Pryor

Rose Marie "Rookie" Pryor Rose Marie "Rookie" Pryor, 81, of Lewiston, passed away on November 29, 2009 at Otsego Memorial Hospital in Gaylord. She was born on February 2, 1928 to Joseph and Marie (Roche) Morris in New York, NY. She married Russell Pryor on March 9, 1972 in Westland, MI. She has lived at Bear Lake since 1977 formerly of Canton, MI. She was a member of St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, VFW Ladies Auxilliary, and the Lioness Club in Lewiston. She donated her time to Community Sharing, Hospice, and the Wertz Warriors. She was an avid bowler and card player, and used to cross country ski and snowmobile. Above all else, she was always there for her family and friends. Rose Marie is survived by her husband, Russell of Lewiston, MI; sons, Robert Mclean of Westland, MI, and Chris (Debbie) Tozer of Wayne, MI; three grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and brothers, Joe (Audrey) Morris of Canton, MI, and Lee (Lucille) Morris of Garden City, MI. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at St Francis Catholic Church in Lewiston, Fr Raymond Cotter officiating.
