Ronald Vansickle

Ronald Lavern VanSickle Mr. Ronald Lavern VanSickle, 70 of Atlanta, Michigan passed away on December 24, 2013 in the peace of his own home. He was born the son of Andrew and Virginia (Edwards) VanSickle in Alpena, Michigan on July 20, 1943. Ron worked at Akron Tire as a manager in Novi, but lived most of his life in Atlanta. He enjoyed woodworking and drawing, and also loved to be outdoors in the woods, hunting. He is survived by daughter, Tabitha VanSickle of Atlanta; son, Ronald VanSickle of Alaska; seven grandchildren; sister, Kelly Irons of Florida; and brother, Larry VanSickle of Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Virginia VanSickle. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at Avery Twp. Hall on January 26, 2014 at 2 p.m.
He is survived by daughter, Tabitha VanSickle of Atlanta; son, Ronald VanSickle of Alaska; seven grandchildren; sister, Kelly Irons of Florida; and brother, Larry VanSickle of Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Virginia VanSickle.
As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at Avery Twp. Hall on January 26, 2014 at 2 p.m.
