Robert Gene Schult Sr. (Bob) Robert Gene Schult Sr. (Bob), 78 of Lewiston passed away Nov. 13, 2008. His soul now resides with our lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was born on February 12, 1930 in Flint, MI, to Glen and Marian (Currie) Schult. He married the former Florice Arndt in 1949 in Prescott, MI. Bob enjoyed life, work, and staying busy. After retiring from Schult Milk Hauling, that he owned and operated for over 40 yrs, he kept busy with restoring old tractors, turcks, and implements. He loved antique cars and enjoyed golf, playing pool, gardening, flowers, and feeding the birds. The blue jays knew that the residence of Bob Schult was a "NO FLY ZONE!". Bob was always very generous and thoughtful, and always wanted his family and friends taken care of. He leaves behind his loving wife, of 59 years, Florice Schult (Arndt), ad four children. Sherry (Todd) Gillings, Debbie (Jerry) Bramblet, Vickie (Mick) Bannister, and Rob (Lori) Schult Jr. He had nine grandchildren, Paul (Brenda) Mier, Robert Scott Mier, Julie Davis, Kim (Bart) Laws, Tim Gillings, Justin and Josh Bannister, Danielle and Robert Schult III. He had seven great grandchildren Paul Mier III, Jed Mier, Lindsey Garner, Austin and Aaron Davis, Madelynn and Dawson Laws. He also leaves behind two sisters Glenna and Gayla. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Dean and Jack, sister Patsy. Bob will be missed by many friends and family Ecclesiastes Chapter 7 "A good man is better than fine perfume and the day of death better than the day of birth ." As were his wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life was held on Sunday November 23, 2008 at the Long Horn in Lewiston. Gifts of sympathy can be donated to the American Legion-Lewiston Post for charities.
