Robert Jay Boadway Robert Jay Boadway, 65, of Lewiston passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2009 at Otsego Memorial Hospital. He was born on April 30, 1943 to Norwood and Amelia (Porter) Boadway in Ann Arbor, MI. Bob served his country in the US Army. He married the formerl Carloyn Dellabaugh on June 24, 1961 in Ann Arbor. He was a very active member of the Lewiston American Legion Post 198, currenty serving as Adjutant, and had served as commander and vice commander. He also cooked at the post and was a member of the Legion Riders. He enjoyed to play pool on the mixed league. Above all else, he loved to spend time with his family and grandchildren. Robert is survived by his wife, Carolyn of Lewiston, MI; children, Robert Boadway Jr of Gaylord, MI, Vickie (John) Beckwith of Georgia, and Joe (Kim) Boadway of Gaylord, MI; 8 grandchildren; brothers, J.R. Boadway of Arizona; Corky (Cathy) Boadway of Lewiston, MI; and Mark Boadway of North Carolina; and sisters, Sherry See of Farmington Hills, MI, Joelle (Phil) Meadows of Traverse City, MI, and Laurie Boadway of Lewiston, MI. Funeral services for Mr Boadway will be provided by the American Legion Post 198 on Friday, March 6, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Green Funeral Home, Lewiston, MI.
