Richard Thomas Zadorski, Jr. Richard (Rick) Zadorski, Jr., 63, of Atlanta passed away January 30, 2013 at Petoskey, MI. He was born Sept. 13, 1949 in Detroit, MI. to Richard Thomas and Marcella Zadorski, Sr. Rick graduated from John Glenn High School and retired after 31 years from Ford Motor Company. He was a world-class archer, at one time was rated number two in the nation. He shot with Fred Bear and Ted Nugent at times. Rick was a member Atlanta Eagles Club 4077 and Hillman Sportsmen's Club and shot the first perfect 300 in archery there. He moved to Atlanta, MI eleven years ago and owned and operated Twister Bowstrings. He is survived by his wife, Julie (Thompson) of Atlanta, two sons, Richard III of Wayne, MI, and Ethan and Jenni of Deerfield, MI; stepsons Davin and Rachel Thompson of Atlanta and Ryan and Angie Thompson of Kalamazoo. His brothers and sisters are Debbie, Dave and Mike Zadorski and Donna Clement and he had many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Saturday, Feb. 2 from noon to 2 p.m. at Green Funeral Home, Atlanta, with service following at 2 p.m. with Pastor Roger Steele officiating. Luncheon at the Atlanta Eagles Hall will follow.
