Richard Glaza

Richard Ronald Glaza Richard Ronald Glaza, 75 of Comins, MI, passed away on July 30, 2009 at his residence. He was born on August 13, 1933 to Theodore and Mary (Zajac) Glaza in Bay City, MI. He has lived in Comins since 1980 after retiring from the US Navy out of Bremerton, WA. He was a member of the Comins Eagles. He was an avid Detroit Tigers fan. He loved being "up north", and enjoyed his trout pond and loved to watch the animals. Richard is survived by his two daughters, Julie Trewhella and Dawn (Thomas) Lowe, both of Milford, MI; grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Brent, Alyssa, and Ashlyn; and brothers, John (Pam) Glaza of Bay City, MI, and Bill (Nancy) Glaza of Essexville, MI. He was preceded in death by his wife Theresa, brothers, James and Tom; and sisters, Nancy Maliszewski and Elaine Vanmullekom. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services for Mr Glaza planned at this time.
