Rebecca Tuohimaa

Rebecca Louise Tuohimaa Rebecca Louise Tuohimaa, 69, of Hillman, passed away on April 11, 2016 at her residence. She was born on January 23, 1947 to Nicholas and Salsa (Molina) Villarreal in Pontiac, MI. She has lived in Hillman for the past 25 years, formerly of Waterford, Michigan. She retired from Waterford Schools where she worked in the kitchen and as custodial staff. Rebecca enjoyed sewing and loved to play to cards, especially Euchre. She will be missed by family and friends. Rebecca is survived by her sons, Gene (Becky) Desjardins of White Lake, MI, and Jay (Elizabeth) Desjardins of Waterford, MI; mother, Salsa Villarreal of Hillman; grandchildren, Allassa, Justin, Evan and Joslyn; brothers, Andrew (Shelly) Villarreal, Nick (Becky) Villarreal, and Daniel Villarreal all of Waterford, MI, Albert Villarreal of Pontiac, MI, and Geno (Doris) Villarreal, of Shelby, MI; and sisters, Millie (Ed) Goosens of Hillman, Patsy (Rick) Stawecki of Hillman, and Susie Hughes of Port Huron, MI. She was preceded in death by her father, Nicholas. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and a family memorial will be held at a later date.
