Patsy Douglas

Patsy Ann Douglas Mrs. Patsy Ann Douglas, 66 of Lewiston, Michigan passed away on May 29, 2013 surrounded by her loved ones in the comfort of her home. She was born to Pat and Nelda (Farrell) Kline on June 8, 1946 in Pontiac, Michigan. She married husband, Ken Douglas in Auburn Hills on December 21, 1976. Patsy has lived in Lewiston for the last 13 years, formerly of Rochester Hills. She retired from the General Motor Fiero Plant after 12 years. She was a lifetime member of the B&B.S. Gun Club and the Lewiston Sportsman League, where she loved to trap shoot. She was also a member of the Lewiston American Legion, Lewiston Moose, and the Atlanta Eagles Post 4077. She was a BINGO nut and loved trips to the casino as well as shopping. Patsy was very giving of herself to others and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her loving husband of thirty-six years, Ken Douglas of Lewiston; sons, Rickey Douglas of Almont; Ken Douglas Jr. of Hudson, FL; Steve Salisbury of Lake Orion; Tommy Salisbury of Waterford; daughters, Tammy (George) Rattee of Hudson, FL; Tammi (Jim) Gardner of Lewiston; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; brothers, George (Cheryl) Kline of Vienna; Fred Kline of Gaylord; Jim (Salena) Kline of Tucson, AZ; sisters, Alice Bloomberg of Durham, NC; Rosemary (Marlo) Smith of Eveleth, MN; Dorothy (Dean) Sanders of Pontiac; and Susie (John) Harrington of Gaylord. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Jack, Bill, and Bob; and sisters, Bonnie Pike and Millie Black. Funeral services for Mrs. Douglas will be held at 11:00AM, Saturday, June 1, 2013 at the Green Funeral Home, Lewiston, MI, Rev. Alice Bloomberg and Mr. Jim Kline officiating. Visitation hours will take place on Friday, March 31, 2013 from 4:00OPM until 8:00PM. In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested that memorials be made out to Hospice Advantage of Atlanta, MI.
