Patricia Cook

Pat Cook, age 69 of Atlanta, MI, passed away peacefully at her home on August 11, 2022. She was born in Pontiac, MI on July 8th, 1953 to the late William and Jean Cook. She was a graduate of Pontiac High School class of 1970. Pat loved Canada Creek Ranch and sharing it with her sons and grandkids. She loved dogs, NCIS, and Legos. Nana’s homemade mac n’ cheese will forever be a holiday staple.

Pat is survived by her son, Nick Woodworth of Atlanta, MI; son, Chris (Kelsey) Porter of Browns Mills, NJ; and son, Jayson Porter of Monroe, MI; grandbabies, Kaeden, Kolson, Kahlan, Logan, Lily, Kira, and Jaxson; brother, Bill Cook of Atlanta, MI; and many nieces and nephews. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, William and Jean Cook; brother, Jim Cook; sister, Joann Kendrick; and son, Aric Woodworth.

A private celebration of life will be held by immediate family to honor Pat’s wishes. You are so missed, Nana. Arrangements were entrusted to Green Funeral Home.
