Michael Thomas Jauss Michael Thomas Jauss, 27, of Kailua-Kona, HI, formerly of Lewiston, MI, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2009. He was born on February 21, 1982 to Walter and Lynne (Carrell) Jauss in Avon Twp, MI. Mike has lived in Hawaii since March of 2009, where he fell in love with the ocean and the beauty of Hawaii. He loved snorkeling and body surfing. He worked as an installer for AEI, Inc. of Grayling installing Dish Network systems all across northeast Michigan. Michael was an avid curler, something he loved to do with his dad. He liked to fish, snow ski, and raced go karts with his family when he was younger. Mike loved gaming, Guitar Hero and was a "computer guy." Michael is survived by his parents, Walter and Lynne of Lewiston, MI; numerous aunts and uncles; and many cousins in the Detroit area. Funeral services for Mr. Jauss will be held at noon on Monday, November 9, 2009 at the Green Funeral Home, Lewiston, MI, Pastor Toby Stadden officiating. Visitation hours will be held on Sunday from 3-8PM at the funeral home. Memorials have been suggested to the Jauss family to be used according to their wishes in care of the Green Funeral Home, PO Box 201, Atlanta, MI 49709, or to a local charity or organization of the donor's choice.
