Mark Edward Montgomery

Mr. Mark Edward Montgomery, 69 of Lewiston, Michigan died peacefully at his home on the afternoon of May 14, 2024. He was born in Allen Park, Michigan to Ronald and Nancy (Henry) Montgomery on May 3, 1955. He resided in Lewiston for the last 15 years. Mark was a member of the Laborers’ International Union of North America Laborers’ Local 1076. He was a true outdoorsman and enjoyed both hunting and fishing. He was loved by all and will be deeply missed by friends and family.

 Mark is survived by his sister, Cheryl Montgomery; stepchildren, Debbie Philbin, Danny Philbin, Rachelle Philbin, and Steve Freppon; grandchildren, Maddie Karker and Nick Freppon; nephews, Scot Ottusch, and Tim (Stephanie) Ottusch, Mindy Resener; great-nieces and great-nephews, Teddy, Charlie, Nora, Mallory, and Meredith; and brother-in-law, Fred Ottusch. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald and Nancy Montgomery; and sister, Roxann. 

 In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember Mark privately at this time.
