Marjorie Eileen Seymour Mrs. Marjorie Eileen Seymour, 81 of Hillman, Michigan passed away on January 03, 2014 at Alpena Regional Medical Center with loved ones at her side. She was born in Ferndale, Michigan on February 12, 1932 the daughter of Joseph and Clara (Apple) Grimshaw. Marjorie resided in Hillman since 1975, formerly of Indiana. She worked at Perm-O-Nite in Indiana and Essex Wire in Atlanta. She was a member of the New Beginnings Church in Hillman. Marjorie enjoyed crafts, sewing, knitting, crocheting, and was known as being the best tree decorator. Above everything, she enjoyed her family and grandchildren and her time spent with them. She will be dearly missed. She is survived by daughters, Wendy Knight of Rogers City; Candy (George) Shepherd of Hillman; son, Rick (Margaret) Seymour of Silt, Colorado; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren; brother, Lowell (Mickey) Grimshaw of Fairview; and sister, Phyllis Potts of Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Clara Grimshaw; sister, Yvonne Dennison; brother, Robert Grimshaw; sister, Lucille Grimshaw; great-great-granddaughter, Faith Armstrong. Funeral services for Mrs. Seymour will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, January 04, 2014 at New Beginnings Church; Hillman, Michigan; Pastor Dave Hill officiating. Visitation will take place from 11:00AM until time of service. Interment will take place at Hillman Rust Twp Cemetery in the spring.
