Marilyn J. Sauer Marilyn J. Sauer, 71, of Hillman passed away Thursday, June 29, 2006 at Tender Care Alpena following a lengthy illness. Marylin was born May 23, 1935 in Alpena, the daughter of William and Gladys (Smith) Saddler. She was a member of St. John's Luthern Church in Hillman, where she made her home since moving from Pontiac in 1978. Marilyn is survived by daughters, Susan Sauer, Lori Sauer, Kim (Mrs Matt) Matuszewski, and Penny (Mrs. Tom) Shumaker, all of Hillman, and Kathy Coppy of Lake Orion, MI; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, brothers, Carl (Hue) Saddler of Pontiac and Roger (Donna) Saddler, both of Alpena; and sister, Betty Cash of Florida. Funeral services were held July 2, 2006 from St. John Luthern Church with Pastor Jason Mandley officiating. Burial is in St. Johns Cemetery.
