Lynn Vanputten

Lynn Sharlene VanPutten Lynn Sharlene VanPutten, 65, of Gaylord, MI, passed away at Otsego Memorial Hospital on March 4, 2012. She was born on July 7, 1946 to Arthur and Myrtle (Brandt) Vlieg in Lapeer, MI. She married Warren VanPutten on August 14, 1964 in Imlay City, MI. Lynn was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening, especially her flowers. She loved to walk, she would walk as much as 6-8 miles per day near her home. She enjoyed raising her family and loved to watch her children play sports. Lynn is survived by her husband, Warren, of Gaylord, MI; daughters, Lesa (Paul) Jarski and Erica (Jeff) Schneider, both of Gaylord, MI; grandchildren, Riley, Brandt, Kendyl, Carson, and Avery; parents, Arthur and Myrtle Vlieg of Imlay City, MI; brother, Mick (Julie) Vlieg of Arizona; and sister, Maribeth (Dan Bray) Vlieg of Nevada. As were her wishes cremation has taken place and there are no services for Mrs VanPutten planned at this time. Arrangements were entrusted to the Green Funeral Home. Memorials have been suggested to the Otsego County Library.

As were her wishes cremation has taken place and there are no services for Mrs VanPutten planned at this time. Arrangements were entrusted to the Green Funeral Home. Memorials have been suggested to the Otsego County Library.
