Mr. Louis "Jerry" Jerome Wilson, 86 of Atlanta, Michigan died peacefully at Munson Healthcare Otsego Memorial Hospital on March 5, 2021. He was born in Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania on February 28, 1935 to the late, Joseph and Anna (Frank) Wilson. He married his wife, Elinor (Baker) Wilson on May 4, 2005 and together they celebrated 15 years of marriage before his passing. Jerry resided in Atlanta most of his life and built his home where he lived with Elinor. He was the fire chief for Vienna Township Fire Department and retired approximately 15 years ago. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, the Atlanta Eagles, and the Lewiston Fun Ones. He enjoyed riding his snowmobile and his motorcycle and was a member of the Wild Ones Motorcycle Club. Jerry enjoyed the outdoors and like to hunt. He loved anything that would move, including his Kubota tractor. He will be missed.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Elinor Wilson of Atlanta; sons, Richard (Michelle) Andreen of Farwell; Randall (Margaret) Andreen of Venice, Florida; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nephew, Allen Moss of Howell; and niece, Darlene Chruscial of Wixom. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Anna Wilson; sisters, Loretta Bregni; Helen Moss; brother, Lawrence Wilson; and his first wife, Patricia.
In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember Jerry privately at this time. There will be a memorial held in celebration of his life in the Spring.
