Linda Mae Kennedy Linda Mae Kennedy, 66, of Lewiston, MI formerly of Marysville, MI, passed away on August 10, 2010 at her residence. She was born on July 27, 1944 to Harvey and Genevieve (Hauver) Lasher in Port Huron, MI. She married William Kennedy on May 15, 1981 in Port Huron, MI. Linda loved to play BINGO and take trips to the Casino. She used to enjoy deer hunting and her time spent with her dog "Sam". She liked watching her husband feed the birds. Above all else she loved to take care of her husband, family, and friends. Linda is survived by her husband, William; children, Brian (Kristin) Sawdon and Lisa Sawdon, both of Marysville, MI, Theresa (George) Brown of Croswell, MI, and Stephanie (Richie Smith) Sawdon of Port Huron, MI; step children, Kathleen (Fred) Williams of Knightstown, IN, Patricia Lesher of Yukon, OK, Mary (John) Brown of Piedmont, OK, and Timothy Kennedy of Marysville, MI; special niece Judy; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, and nieces and nephews; sisters, Janice (Gary)Walker of Kimball, MI, Gail (Larry) Cook and Sandy (Greg) Crandall, both of Marysville, MI; and sister in laws, Janice (Don) Rank of Lewiston, MI, and Velma Jean Kennedy of Port Huron, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Genevieve. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and friends and family will gather on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at 12:00 noon, at their neighbors at 4695 Centerline Road, Lewiston, MI. Memorials have been suggested to Hospice of the Sunrise Shore, Alpena, MI.
