Kingsley Val Sigafus Kingsley Val Sigafus, 75, of Johannesburg, MI, passed away on August 26, 2010 in Saginaw, MI. He was born on August 10, 1935 to Louis and Charlotte (King) Sigafus in Freeport, IL. He graduated from Warren High School in Illinois in 1953, then went onto serve his country in the US Army. After that, he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, graduating in 1965, and becoming a licensed chiropractor in 1966. Kingsley was a life member of VFW Post 3087 in Flint, MI. He was a member of the Michigan Association of Chiropractors, West Flint Optimists Club, and the Lewiston Moose, having been a member of the Moose Legion organization since 1979 in the Flint area. He was also on the Board of Directors for the Little Bear Lake Association for a number of years, and a member of the Lewiston Fun Ones since 2007. Kingsley is survived by his brother, Dennis (Debbie) Sigafus of Johannesburg, MI; and sister, Linda (Norman) Tippey of Illinois. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and graveside services with military honors provided by the Army Honor Guard will be for Mr. Sigafus will be on Friday, September 17, 2010 at 1 PM at Mt Hope Cemetery in Johannesburg.
Kingsley is survived by his brother, Dennis (Debbie) Sigafus of Johannesburg, MI; and sister, Linda (Norman) Tippey of Illinois.
As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and graveside services with military honors provided by the Army Honor Guard will be for Mr. Sigafus will be on Friday, September 17, 2010 at 1 PM at Mt Hope Cemetery in Johannesburg.
