Kenneth Oscar Morton Kenneth Oscar Morton, 92, of Atlanta, MI passed away on October 25, 2011 at Medilodge of Hillman. He was born on September 23, 1919 to John and Lura (Bebe) Morton in Richmond, VA. He married the former Katherine Briski in 1943 and together they had four children. He lived in Hillman for a while before relocating to Atlanta. He served in the US Navy. In his life he enjoyed playing the harmonica and had a big love for music. He liked inventing and was a technology engineer right to the core. He was always happy to see friends or family members and he was well liked with high regard for all that knew him, one you would remember. He is survived by daughter, Helen Scanlon of Felton, CA; sons James (Flora) Morton of Kyoto, JA; Richard (Carolyn) Morton of Sausolito, CA; stepdaughters, Charlotte (Bob) Kimmons of Hillman, MI; Betty Johnson of Gaylord, MI; and five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, and companion, Devine Barnes of Atlanta, MI. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place there are no services planned at this time.
