Kenneth Wade Ferguson Kenneth Wade Ferguson, 27, of Lewiston, MI, passed away on December 12, 2011 at Northern Michigan Hospital in Petoskey. He was born on April 29, 1984 in Hyden, KY. Wade has lived in Lewiston for the past 20 yrs. He worked for Render Construction for many years, and loved to trade things with people. He loved the outdoors, it didn't matter whether it was hunting, fishing, or just out riding around. Wade is survived by his mother, Paula Ferguson of Lewiston, MI; brothers, Bryan and Jason Oaks of Westland, MI; sisters, Shannon Oaks of Kentucky, Rebecca (Scott) Stone of Lewiston, MI, Carrie Ferguson of Lewiston, MI, and Sherry Ferguson of Gaylord, MI; grandparents, Marjorie and Kenneth LaForm of Lewiston, MI; aunts and uncles, Judy (Lenville) Spicer of Lewiston, MI, Allen (Theresa) LaForm of Cookville, TN, Glenn (Linda) LaForm of Pontiac, MI, Beverly (Michael) Goring of Romeo, MI, June Oaks of Campton, KY, and Maudie Spencer of Campton, KY. He was preceded in death by his father, Kelly Oaks. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place, memorial services for Mr Ferguson will be held on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 7:00 PM at the Green Funeral Home, Lewiston, MI, Pastor Toby Stadden officiating. Visitation hours will be held from 5:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home. His family is proud that Wade was able to be an organ donor, and that he was able to help the lives of strangers through the Gift of Life. Memorials should be directed to the Ferguson family.
