Kenneth Eugene Erb Mr. Kenneth Eugene Erb, 88 of Lovells, Michigan passed away on July 1, 2014 at his residence surrounded by loved ones. He was born to the late, Raymond and Florence (Gill) Erb in Fort Wayne, Indiana on March 7, 1926. He was a proud veteran and served during World War II in the United States Navy. He worked as an installer for Verizon and retired after 20+ years. Kenneth lived in Lovells for the last 40 years and was a member of the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Lewiston. Kenneth was an avid golfer and enjoyed the outdoors, loving to fish and hunt. Above everything, he enjoyed his time spent with family and friends and will be greatly missed. He is survived by loving wife, Joanna Erb of Lovells; sons, Kenneth (Annie) Erb of Cleveland, Ohio; Joseph (Lori) Erb of Sparth; daughter, Kimberly Erb of Lovells; and three grandchildren, Emily, Wyatt, and Luke. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Florence Erb; and brothers, Richard and Jack. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial held in celebration of his life at 11:00AM, Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church; Lewiston, Michigan; Fr. Santiago Hoyumpa officiating. Visitation will take place from 10:00AM until time of service. Internment will follow at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Cemetery.
