June Terry

June Anabelle Terry Mrs. June Anabelle Terry, 92 of Hillman, Michigan died peacefully at MediLodge on November 5, 2015. She was born to the late, Archie and Eva (Garfat) Hawksworth on July 29, 1923 in Bad Axe, Michigan. She has lived in Hillman for over 40 years, formerly of Pontiac. She worked in food service for General Motors and retired before moving north. She was involved in the Lioness Club in Hillman and was named "Citizen of the Year" many years ago. She also remained active in the Hillman Sports Club and enjoyed ceramics. Above everything, she enjoyed her time with family and will be dearly missed. She is survived by daughters, Jan Covington of Hillman; Jackie Kester of Pontiac; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Eva Hawksworth; great-grandson, Chase; and brother, Billy Hawksworth. Private internment for Mrs. Terry will take place at Hillman Rust Township Cemetery; Hillman. There are no other services planned at this time.
