Born in Kalamazoo, Michigan on April 25, 1941.

 Julie was a loving wife to Richard Dennis Frederick and mother of four children. Julie was Catholic and she took pride in keeping her family happy and safe. Julia also worked as a nurse’s aide at Oakwood Hospital and worked for several years at the Fairlane Party Store in Dearborn. She enjoyed cooking, dancing, and music. She enjoyed nature and made sure that the wildlife was always fed. Julie enjoyed shopping and had many precious memories with family in the UP at Gulliver, cardinals, and the Detroit Tigers.

On Christmas Eve, Julie was given her last rites. On the day of her passing she was blessed by her son Rick, with holy water that he brought back for his parents from the Vatican in Rome.

Julia is survived by her four children:

Richard Steven Frederick (Renee)
grandchildren, Richard Gary Frederick and Kayla
Allison K. Smith (Greg)
grandchild, Ryan
Albert S. Frederick (Kari)

Brother, John Salamun and family

Sister, Lori West and family

Many close relationships: Carol, Sandy, and the entire Lewiston community.

She was preceded in death by her:

12 noon on May 9th, 2025
