Judy Ray

Mrs. Judy Ann Ray, 81 of Atlanta, Michigan died peacefully on February 14, 2022 at Munson Healthcare Otsego Memorial Hospital. She was born in Lansing, Michigan on July 29, 1940 to the late, Richard and Ella (Jennings) Tubbs and grew up the second youngest of eight. She married her husband, Ronald Ray in Williamston on July 20, 1957 and together the couple celebrated 64 years of marriage before her passing. The couple moved to the Atlanta area in 2004, formerly from Williamston. Judy was a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. She enjoyed gardening, knitting, and antiques. Most importantly, she enjoyed her family and grandchildren and the time she spent with them.

Judy is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Ray; children, Kristie (Chris) Keltie; Ron (Laurie) Ray; eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; sisters, Peg Kear of Florida; and Sharon Ward of North Carolina; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Karie.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember Judy privately at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Atlanta.
