Joshua Williams-Soderquist

Mr. Joshua James Williams Soderquist, 35 of Atlanta, Michigan died unexpectedly on November 6, 2021 at his home. He was born in Pomona, California on December 23, 1985. Formerly of Oscoda, he has resided in Atlanta for the last three years. Josh came from a military background so he liked to help military war heroes whenever he could. He loved to be outdoors in the woods and enjoyed hunting, fishing, socializing, and make others laugh. Josh will be deeply missed.

Josh is survived by his son, Braden; loving parents, Georgeann (William) Soderquist; brother, Justin Soderquist; sister, Becky Elzey all of Oscoda; grandmother, Ruth Buckler of Gaylord; nieces and nephews, Aryana Soderquist, Reuben Soderquist, William Soderquist; best friend, Anita Rye of Mancelona; special friend, Tina Valentine and her daughter, Hannah, both of Johannesburg; and numerous aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his sister, Stephanie; and grandfather, George Buckler.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember Josh privately at this time.
