John Harmon

John W. Harmon John W. Harmon, 63, of Lewiston, MI, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2007 at his residence. He was born on October 4, 1943 to Lawrence and Lois (Charter) Harmon in Monroe, MI. He married the former Alice Eighmey on January 7, 1963 in LaSalle, MI. John has lived in Greenwood Twp since 1979 formerly of LaSalle, MI. He loved Karaoke. He enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, hunting, and fishing. He like to spend time with his grandchildren, especially playing video games with them. Mr. Harmon is survived by his wife, Alice; three sons, Glenn of Lewiston, MI, Kevin (Shelly) of Washington, and Alan (Autumn) of Texas; two daughters, Renee (Jeremy) Preister of Fenton, MI, and Leanne (Marcus) Cavendish of Redford, MI; 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother, David Harmon of Manitou Beach, MI; and three sisters, Ann (John)Zabrowski of Ottawa Lake, MI, Linda (Dan) Arbough of Mio, MI, and Brenda (Tim) Schonfield of Oscoda, MI. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Richard. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services planned for Mr. Harmon at this time.
