John Bernard Guinan John Bernard Guinan, 85, of Lewiston, formerly of Livonia , passed away June 25, 2006 at Englehart's care home in Atlanta following a short illness. He was born on April 30, 1921 in Detroit to Arthur and Catherine (Schultz) Guinan. John married Jeanne Loquasto on June 30, 1950. John served his country in the Army Air Corps during World War II. Mr. Guinan retired from Ford Motor Company where he was supervisor of the photographic department. He was in charge, not only of the Ford Motor Company's department, but also took care of the Ford family's photo needs at weddings and special occasions as well as photographs of artwork. His hobbies included photography and woodworking. John liked old cars, and owned a 1929 Model A. He was a Mr. Fix It and was quite a handyman. Above all else, he loved his family and grandchildren. John is survived by his wife, Jeanne of Lewiston,; son, Richard (Karin) Guinan of Dansville, MI; daughter, Cheryl Guinan of Farmington Hills, MI; two grandchilren, Christopher and Courtney. Funeral services will be held in Lewiston on Thursday, June 29, at 1 p.m. with Rev. Toby Stadden officiating. Visitation hours are Wednesday, June 28, from 3 to 8 p.m.
