John Robert Fish Mr. John Robert Fish, 75 of Lewiston, Michigan passed away at his home with loved ones at his side on January 1, 2013. He was born in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan to the late John and Mary (Palmer) Fish on February 26, 1937. He served his country in the United States Army and was a proud veteran. John drove truck for Chathams and Chrysler and retired in 1995. He has been a resident of Lewiston for the past 17 years, formally of Mt. Clemens. He was a member of the Lewiston Moose and the American Legion Post 198. He enjoyed socializing with friends and traveling all over the United States. John will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. He is survived by son, John (April) Fish of Warren; daughters, Marty (Jim) Rodanhisler of Yale; Sherill O'Dell of Roseville; Bonnie Mayer of Panama City, FL; Kathleen Burnham of Fraser; Karen Dyer of Mt. Clemens; Christina Fish of Sterling Heights; 16 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and sister, Barbara Gurn of Traverse City. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Fish. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and there are will be a memorial held in celebration of his life at 2:00PM on Saturday, February 23, 2012 at the Lewiston Hotel, 2932 Olsen St. Lewiston, MI.
