John Luther Lunsford "Buck 50" Mr. John Luther Lunsford "Buck 50", 63 of Atlanta, Michigan died on January 9, 2018 at his home. He was born in Ventura, California on February 20, 1954 to the late, Thomas and Clara (Roberts) Lunsford. He has resided in Atlanta for the last two years, formerly of Nashville, Tennessee where he worked as a musician most of his life singing and playing the blues harp and flute. He spent some years with the Cabinet Makers Union and was also a general contractor for many years. He was quite a handyman and could fix anything. He was a faithful believer in Jesus Christ his Lord and Savior. In his younger years he enjoyed shooting and racing motorcycles and ATVs. He also loved to go fishing. Above everything, he enjoyed his time spent with family and friends and will be dearly missed. He is survived by his loving wife, Zue Hudson of Atlanta; son, John (Lori) Lunsford of Yucca Valley, California; daughters, Erin Hiser of Ventura, California; Lauren (Michael) Myrick; Faith Lunsford both of Tehechapi, California; grandchildren, Evan, Piper, Lilly, Bellieve, Trent, Troy, Gwendolyn, Betsy, Ridley; brother, Tom (P.J.) Lunsford of Orwell, California; sisters, Jeanne (Ben) Cartledge of Coventry, Georgia; and Kathy Hughes of Santa Barbara, California. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Clara Lunsford; brother, David; and sister, Dorothy. As were his wishes cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial held in celebration of his life at a later date.
