Jerry Edge

Jerry Edge Jerry Edge, 85, of Atlanta, MI, passed away on November 9, 2009 at Aspen Ridge Nursing Home in Gaylord. He was born on January 23, 1924 to Jerry and Delania (Riley) Edge in Detroit, MI. He served his country in the US Navy during WWII. He married the former Virginia Volmer in 1946 in the Detroit Area. He moved up north from Farmington Hills to be with his family. He worked all of his adult life as a mechanic at different Chevrolet dealers. He loved to work on cars, especially the total restorations of old cars, including Model A's and T's. Above all else, Jerry loved his family. Jerry is survived by his daughter, Jan (Dan) Radziejewski of Atlanta; 7 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia; sons, James and Gary; and a sister Betty Lindahl. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services planned for Mr Edge at this time.

As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services planned for Mr Edge at this time.
