Jeanette Ann (Conant) Kidder

Jeanette was born in Wyandotte, Michigan. She moved to Atlanta, Michigan in the early 1960s and resided in Montmorency County for the majority of her life, outside of living in Florida from 1989-1993. After living in Florida, Jeanette moved back to Montmorency County until she passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family and love.

Jeanette enjoyed family gatherings, sunshine, gardening, crafting, painting, ceramics, reminiscing and helping anyone she could. She always made sure her doors were open for anyone who needed a helping hand or a laugh to brighten their day. Most importantly, she loved her family. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Jeanette is survived by her four children, Julie A. (Jeff) Maechtle; Douglas L. (Carol) Baker Jr.; Chuck (Angela) Perkins; David L. Kidder; brother, George Conant; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Jeanette is preceded in death by her father and mother, Charles and Rosemary Conant; sister, Pamela (Conant) Johnson; brother, Dale Conant; and daughter, JoEllen Baker.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember Jeanette privately at this time. There will be a memorial held in celebration of her life at the end of May.
