Janice Marie Parrish Janice Marie Parrish, 70, of Hillman, passed away on November 15, 2009 at her residence. She was born on July 17, 1939 to William and Kathleen (Davis) Jury in Flint, MI. She married Donald Parrish on December 9, 1967 in Clio, MI. She has lived in Hillman since 1990, having vacationed here since 1980. She loved to do beadwork, especially making jewelry for family and friends. She sold AVON years ago in the Flint area. Janice loved to shop, and enjoyed nature and hunting. She liked to play board games and enjoyed traveling, especially her trips to Arizona. Janice is survived by her son, Michael (Sarah) Parrish of Alpena, MI; step daughters, Penny (Steve) Cross of Flint, MI, and Terry (Dennis) Young of Clio, MI; grandchildren, Ken Parrish, Nicholas Piper, Jennifer Bailey, Tracey Dean, Sarah Reed, Stephanie Cross, and Mary Cross; great grandchildren, Austin, Seth, and Brooklyn; brother, William Jury of Buelah, MI, and sister Agnes (Don Theurer) Wood of Flint, MI. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald, and sisters, Francis Alford and Alice Honea. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 1:00 PM at the Green Funeral Home, Hillman, MI, Mr Kevin Spencer officiating.
