Janet Marie Parrott Janet Marie Parrott, 63, of Hillman, passed away on February 10, 2009 at Medilodge Nursing Home in Hillman. She was born on July 31, 1945 to Clifford and Ruth (Titus) Johnson in Flint, MI. She was lived in Hillman for the past five years, formerly of Atlanta, MI. She worked at Pineview Nursing Home, and spent 17 yrs working for North East Michigan Community Mental Health. She enjoyed crocheting and reading. She was an avid camper, and loved to fish. She liked to take trips to the Casinos. Janet is survived by her husband, Ron of Hillman, MI; sons, Gary (Dawn) Dean of Alpena, MI, and Sam (Paula) Dean of Flint, MI; step son, Greg (Kelly) Miller of Austin, TX; nurmerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Joseph (Sandy) Johnson of Otter Lake, MI; and a sister, Norma (John) Gross of Coleman, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Ruth; granddaughter, Savannah Dean; brother, Clifford Johnson; and sisters, Agnes Betzing and Pat Dean. A time of sharing memories with family and friends will take place at 7:00 PM on Friday at the Green Funeral Home, Atlanta, MI. Visitation hours will be held from 4:00 until time of service in the evening.
